WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept payments in the form of Zelle, Cash App, and cash.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift card purchases. Please continue to check back as this could change.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Given the nature of our products, all items are final sale. However, in the event an item sold is defective or damaged we will provide a replacement item at equal or less value. No refund or exchange.
ARE ALL ITEMS HAND CRAFTED?
Yes! All items displayed are designed and custom by the two sisters/founders of "Purrrogative Collections".
CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE WASHED AND REUSED?
Yes! We recommend hand washing of all Purrrogative Collection items to ensure proper handling and long lasting results.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
